Using The Light

The Two-Fold Chastisement: Visions of The Coming Earth Changes warns against using:
Astral Projection, Remote Viewing, Psychics, Mystics, Futurists, and others...
to foretell the coming events.  God of the Bible says He will turn His face from you for doing such a thing.  He is the sole provider of such information and gives it when He so desires.  And, there are ways His book tells how to test the source of such knowledge.

Otherwise, we are not to believe it.

Nevertheless, it is big  business , now, doing prognosticating.

Classes are held by various persons, showing safe ways, for instance, to astral project. Books are out on the subject, using the old term, and the newer term, remote viewing, purporting to teach such a thing--how to leave and return to your body safely. And while out of your body, to learn the future and see the past.

Many religious, clerics, deacons, and Christians in general have fallen under this spell. Through this New Age Religion, they believe, and are taught, they can create--- using mind power, what they want, because they are a co-creator with God. But God in his Book specifically warns against this. He says you are not to have anything to do with this.

God says specifically in Deuteronomy 19:9-14; 29:25 and 2 Corinthians 6:17 to have nothing to do with psychics, magicians, astrologers, and the like, for they are corrupted with demons and demonic activity. Run from them, have nothing to do with them, God says. He gets right to the point in His Word that He does not want us knowing the future unless He gives it--and for specific purposes. Seeking hidden knowledge is against God's wishes, He says in Deuteronomy. 29:29.

But He does say in Psalms 5:2; 6:9; 55:1, and in Philippians 4:6 that we are to take our wants, our needs, our desires to Him. The Bible never instructs us to create what we want with our minds through thoughts and words; spirit-help; out-of body experiences; or contacting "The Light."

It does, however, instruct us to put our body, mind, and soul in Him who died on the cross and redeemed us by His blood. We are to seek things celestial and not of the earth. The Christ of the Holy Writ said be in this world, but not of this world.

By surrounding oneself with "The Light" before entering into séances, astral projection, tarot card reading, etc., one is told he can do it safely by envisioning "The Bright Light of Jesus" surrounding him.

This, supposedly, affords total protection from negative influences, fallen angels, demons, and other things that infect the air and space about us, especially when we supposedly go to alternate universes to develop more understanding and power to use and bring back to the earth. This latter most often happens when we are out of our bodies.

A person doing these dark arts against God's will wants the light because there have been numerous reports where entities or demons raced the soul back to its body, trying to get in first and thus gain control and have a home.

The big thing in the occult is to control your "spirit guides," who are suppose to be advanced higher souls who have had many reincarnations and have now achieved higher states of being such that they can help you attain greater self-awareness or the nirvana they now have. By giving yourself over to them to "guide" you, you will become an "ascended master" as they are--to become one with God; like God; to be a God.

To acquire this protection and get the right spirit guide, or none at all but still be protected you are told to surround yourself with the "Light;" or, the "Guiding Light," or the "Bright Light of Jesus" or the"Light of Positive Good." There are numerous "Lights" you can call on, but beware....

Well, this sounds good and well-enough, but is it? Let's investigate further and filter it through the Bible and see what it says about such a thing. We already have filtered séances, astral projection, etc. through the Bible and saw how God feels about that type of thought and action.

Many people--Christians too--fall into this cleverly trap set by Satan and his minions. The main reason is because they fail to study and filter everything through the Word of God.

Yet--still others claim to have the "anointing" --the Holy Spirit is overshadowing them with protection, knowledge, and understanding. Some are able to give enough of the future or say facts concerning your past that no one else could have known unless they had an anointing, they feel.

Demons know a lot more about you than you probably know about yourself. Satan also knows what he is about to do and his minions too and hence, the appearance of the future which may not come true via Satan's works because of prayer, penance, and fasting.

Satan--his minions, his dupes, and those given over to evil, sits in boardrooms of corporations, high places of court rooms, hospitals, governments, etc. and as such, it is no hard thing to tell what is going down when the demonic activity imparts this futuristic knowledge.

The way out of these traps is to question "Which Christ?" "Which Jesus?" What God--name him?" "My God has a name, it is Jesus of the Bible, What is your God's name?"

I asked this very question to a wife of a wealthy physician in my locality and she could not give me the name of her God. She then said, "Jesus!" I asked, "Is this the Jesus of the Bible, who died on the cross for the redemption of my and your sins? The one who shed His blood for you and me?" And she could not answer because her demons do not-- nor she either--profess Jesus of the Bible as the personal savior of mankind.

It was an eye-opener to her, but pride would not let her admit she had no answers.

Ask "... which anointing are they speaking about?" Don't accept carte blanche that "Jesus," or "Christ," or "anointing," they are referencing is the same as the Bible.

Test the spirits, as given in 1John 4:1 and 1 John 4:3, and if your spirit guide(s) or "Jesus," or "anointed" one doesn't answer in the affirmative, then that "Jesus" or guide failed the test the Bible gives.

Why should you know all this if you don't dabble in the "other arts." Because many may come in His name and deceive you. We are told to be prepared and walk a very narrow path.

And when that happens, even if they preform wonders, remember what Our Lord Jesus said in Matthew 24:24-25 about false Christs and prophets and the great signs and wonders they will preform so as to lead astray even the saved.

Remember Paul 's warning about the "Light" in 2 corinthians 11:13-15--not every light is Christ, or a "minister of righteousness" or " apostles of Christ."

Also, a lot of Christians fall into the trap of "spirituality."   Many New Agers who claim they're Christian say something like this--in referencing something in New Age as a subtle alternative to the Bible-- by adding a statement to the effect that this is "spiritual," and the unsuspecting Christian reacts to the word "spiritual" as being from the Bible.

But the New Age "Christian" is using the word to mean something entirely different. "Spiritual" to them is not the same "Spiritual" in the Bible.

Hence, ask "What Spiritual?" "What do you mean when you say "spiritual?" Make them define their terms. You will be in for an eye-opener. You both are using the same term to describe two entirely different things, but only the New Ager is wise to the subtle change.

This same woman I spoke of earlier lent someone "spiritual" books. This recipient of the books was having psychodynamic problems with regard to her physical health that were manifesting doubts in her spirituality or her spiritual relationship with the Bible.

Upon receiving the "spiritual" books, she committed suicide 6 months or so later. Those "spiritual" books concerned reincarnation; turn within to find the God you are; Jesus is not the only Christ; and the like. Oh, it was okay to commit suicide, since you will reincarinate in a higher plane here or in an alternate universe. It "may" be a bad mistake, but it is your karma and you will get a better chance later.

When filtered through the Holy Writ, we find that the "Lord of the Flies"-- another name for Lucifer, before his sinful fall was:

  1. Covered with precious stones and this was his mantle. The precious stones were set in gold and was waiting for him before he was created.

  2. He had timbrels and flutes and was probably director of musical worship in heaven. If this be so, then it explains why Satan has an intense interest in music.

  3. He had an anointing and walked up and down the Garden of Eden amidst "stones of fire."--other angels.

  4. He was even a guest on the Mountain of God when he desired, the Bible says.

  5. He was perfect in wisdom, knowledge, and understanding and beauty when he was created. He was complete.

All this was before his fall according to Ezekiel 28:12-15. Yet, however, after his fall the Bible never mentions that he lost his "anointing."

Raphael, in the Book of Tobit (also known as Tobias)-- said he, Raphael, was one of the seven that stands before the throne of God day and night. And in Ezekiel 28:12-15, Lucifer is the "anointed cherub that covereth" the throne of God and in Revelations 12, Lucifer stands before the throne of God and accuses us, night and day. And, if fault is found in us, he has legal right to us.

Therefore, "What Jesus?" "What Christ?" "What anointing?" is the remote viewer, psychic, or spirit guide "Jesus," "Christ," or "anointing" are they referring to?

Ezekiel 28:12-15 speaks of a totally different Jesus, Messiah, or Christ. That is why you must filter it through the Bible and test the spirits. Because in Hebrew, "one with anointing means the Messiah; and in Greek, the word for Messiah is "Christ." So, we have Jesus Christ, which can mean:

Jesus the Messiah or Jesus the Anointed one.

Remember, even in the Bible, Satan is an anointed one, also, he knows more about the Bible than 100 universities in theology will ever know. Hence, his claim to the "Light."

But, Satan is not only spoken of as "The Other Jesus" in the Bible in Ezekiel, Saint Paul warns of this "other Christ" in 2 Corinthians 11:4:

For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

So, which Jesus or Christ, or anointing are they talking about. If you buy into this yourself, you can see how easily you can be duped by a spirit guide, etc. into thinking that you are being led by Jesus Christ of the Bible, or an "anointed one."

To make matters worse, our Lord Himself cautioned about parallelism and delusion. We have to walk a very narrow path, else:

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. --Matthew 24:24

With these facts, you are now better able to defend your religion, yourself, and argue effectively against the New Age Religion that says it's all right to invest in psychics, astral projection, seers, etc.

God said centuries ago through His prophet, Hosea in 4:6-7:

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
