Food List
For A Period Of Seven Weeks

Based on The Needs For Four Persons.

Soon, very soon, you will not be allowed a food storage program!  There are many reasons for this, but we will not go into this now.  For the time being, you want to either follow what is in my book, Surviving The Coming Chastisement ...., or follow the advice we have given under Menu, at the document, "Survival."

Regardless, many still have not done even the bare minimum of what the Red Cross has suggested.  Your WebMasters feel that one month is better than nothing, but if you want to survive---remember, the first three months to six months are the most critical when you have to adjust to survival; the reality of it all; the all-encompassing, associated stress; no readily available grocery stores with supplies you are accustomed to; government food lines; braving the roving gangs on the roads looking for food, a good time, and anything else they can take from you.

This is the time to "hunker" down and wait it out until the gangs head for the country looking for food, after they have robbed everybody that was not prepared to defend themselves, and they also fled to the rural areas--boy!--is everyone going to be surprised when they get there too!  For those who stayed and do not have a rural area, then goods and supplies are yours for the taking.  This is how survival is going to be, and very soon.
