The objective of this "Principles of Management/Organizational Behavior" (OB) course is to provide a basic understanding of the concepts underlying organizational behavior and management in general.

Topics examined will include leadership, motivation, individual behavior, group behavior, and communication. Their use in U.S. and multinational organizations in management practice is examined in the context of today's legal, social and ethical environment.

The prerequisite for this course is Junior standing, comprised of having sixty semester hours completed by the end of the current term.
